About Lodgic Coworking:
Lodgic Everyday Community is a locally owned coworking space in Champaign that supports all types of professionals. About the role:
We’re hiring a part-time Member Engagement & Social Media Coordinator to be the face of Lodgic Coworking. You’ll welcome members, support daily operations, and help the space run smoothly. This is a role that blends hospitality, organization, and digital storytelling. You’ll assist with managing our social media presence, helping us share updates and celebrate the vibrant community we’ve built.
What you’ll do:
🔹 Front Desk + Daily Operations
Greet and assist members, guests, and event clients.
Provide tours, manage check-ins, and monitor shared spaces.
Handle incoming calls and emails; respond or route as needed.
Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming environment.
🔹 Software & CRM
Utilize coworking software platform to manage profiles, bookings and billing.
Maintain CRM tools to track leads and member engagement.
🔹 Member Support
Assist with room bookings, tech troubleshooting, and general needs.
Communicate membership options and support onboarding.
Build relationships that foster loyalty and satisfaction.
🔹 Events & Community Engagement
Help coordinate and support events in both coworking and event spaces.
Facilitate meaningful member connections and gather feedback.
🔹 Social Media
Assist with posting on Instagram and other platforms to promote Lodgic.
Highlight events, member stories, and behind-the-scenes moments.
Capture photos and videos of the space and community (creativity welcome!).
What we’re looking for:
Required:
Friendly, professional, and people-focused personality.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Organized, self-directed, and tech-comfortable (email, spreadsheets, etc.).
Available to work on-site in Champaign.
Preferred:
Experience in coworking, hospitality, or customer service.
Familiarity with tools like Instagram, Canva, or Nexudus.
Schedule:
This is a part-time, on-site role working four to five days a week. Lodgic is looking to fill the position and start training by early May.
