Introducing The Flex Space

We are very excited to announce . . . The Flex Space, a newly reimagined room designed to enhance collaboration and focused work for our members. Previously known as Gather Room 3, this conference room has been transformed into a flexible, members-only workspace ideal for everything from team huddles to solo brainstorming sessions.

Unlike our standard conference rooms, The Flex Space offers unlimited booking at no extra cost. Easily reserve your time through the online member portal in 15-minute increments, making this space ideal for spontaneous or planned work sessions throughout your day.

What’s Inside

The Flex Space comfortably accommodates up to six people and is fully equipped with AV technology and a dry erase board. Whether you need to host a quick team meeting, brainstorm fresh ideas, or find quiet for deep focus, The Flex Space is designed to adapt to your needs.

How to Book

Booking The Flex Space is simple:

• Log into the online member portal.

• Select your desired time slots (in 15-minute increments).

• Enjoy unlimited bookings!

If your plans change, please cancel your reservation so others can use the space. Additionally, please be mindful of the time spent in the space to give all members an equal opportunity to use it.

Trial Period Details

The Flex Space is in a trial period through the end of August. During this time, we’re seeing how people use it and how well it fits into the flow of the workday. After the trial, we’ll look at how often it was used, what members thought, and what our space needs are to determine the best long-term fit for our community.
